Modern Day
Fables
I have always been a seeker of morals and truth, searching for a deeper window into human nature.
As a child I gravitated toward the classic fables and fairytales but often found myself “rewriting” stories that I thought could have communicated a more profound message.
When my own children were young, I couldn’t seem to find current, morality-driven stories like the ones that I had loved as a child, instead finding a plethora of stories where beautiful visuals took priority over a constructive message.
So I began writing my own, in response to situations my children faced - bullying, insecurities, comparisons, feelings of being "less than," wanting to give up, defining their self-worth by performance.

that build Confidence
In the face of bullying, disappointments and struggles, my Mom taught us to celebrate and radiate our unique selves, to take pride in doing “our best” rather than in competing to be “the best,” to lead with integrity and honesty, and to consistently uplift and include others along the way.
I experienced first-hand how impactful my Mom's narratives were in shaping who I was and still am as a person today.
Together, we revisited her original stories and core philosophies to create Feel Good Fables - an adapted collection of children’s stories for today’s generation to foster individuality, creativity, and self-expression.

Thank you for joining the Feel Good Fables family!
